1. Exchange Only :
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We currently do not offer refunds. Customers can request an exchange only.
   
2. Unboxing Video :
   A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is required to process any exchange request. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit (as per your preference).
   
3. Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
   
4. Product Condition :
   Items must be returned in their original form — unworn, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
   Products that show signs of wear, tampering, or missing tags will not be accepted.
